Press Play Vinyl will only begin processing orders once all required information, materials, and files have been submitted in full and in proper condition. To ensure the order can be properly processed, the customer must fully cooperate and provide all audio and graphic materials in accordance with the specifications set by Press Play Vinyl, as well as any necessary legal or rights-related documentation, if applicable. If these files are not delivered correctly, Press Play Vinyl shall not be held responsible for any resulting errors during processing or production.
All quotes and pricing proposals provided by Press Play Vinyl will be valid for a maximum period of 30 days. After this period, prices are no longer guaranteed and a new quote will be required based on the current rates at that time.
Any modification to an order in progress will result in additional charges to the customer (including production, shipping, and handling costs).
Each additional shipment requested by the customer will incur a surcharge of 20 € for handling and palletizing. A maximum of three partial shipments per order will be allowed. Any request exceeding this limit will be subject to review and express approval by Press Play Vinyl.
Any damage occurring during transport is not the responsibility of Press Play Vinyl. All shipments made by Press Play Vinyl are covered by the standard courier insurance (in accordance with LOTT).
If Press Play Vinyl is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, pandemics, armed conflict, natural disasters, increased order volumes, legal infringements, or similar issues, it will be released from its contractual responsibilities.
We strive to offer the best production lead times; however, they are estimates and may vary for various reasons. Therefore, Press Play Vinyl will not be held responsible for any delays. Furthermore, Press Play Vinyl shall in no case be liable for planned event dates, release dates, or any other arrangements the customer may have made with third parties.
The record manufacturing process may involve a weight deviation of +/-10%.
The final number of records may vary by up to 5% from the ordered quantity. If fewer copies are produced, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer; likewise, any extra records will be invoiced.
Press Play Vinyl is not responsible for any issues arising from the materials or information provided by the customer, including sound issues that were not previously identified by the customer. We therefore strongly recommend ordering a test pressing.
Press Play Vinyl’s liability is solely with the customer and ends upon delivery of the order. Any disputes related to the commercialization or distribution of the products are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the order by the customer.
Although our PVC is of the highest quality, colored vinyl may have increased surface noise and/or clicks, as well as reduced flatness (especially in Fluor, Gold, Silver, and Glow In The Dark colors, and in Marbled and Splatter effects). Additionally, color shades may differ from the color chart.
We store the DMMs and Mothers for each release for a maximum of three years from the date of the first edition’s order. After this period, they will be discarded.
If, after the shipping plan for final records has been confirmed, any change is requested, additional charges will apply for each new palletizing and/or shipment.
The customer agrees to hold all necessary guarantees, licenses, and rights required to place the order with Press Play Vinyl and to provide documentation proving legal acquisition of those rights when not the original rightsholder.
The customer assumes unlimited and joint liability for any claims, accusations, or legal actions from third parties arising from the order placed with Press Play Vinyl, including legal fees, if necessary.
