Terms and Conditions
- Press Play Vinyl will initiate orders only if all necessary information, materials, and files are provided in perfect condition. To ensure that the order is processed by Press Play Vinyl, the customer must fully cooperate and deliver the artwork and audio materials according to the specified guidelines so that Press Play Vinyl can process the order correctly. If these files are not submitted correctly, Press Play Vinyl will not be responsible for any errors in the process or production.
- All quotations and financial offers provided by Press Play Vinyl will be valid for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the offered prices will no longer be guaranteed, and it will be necessary to create a new quote based on the prices in effect at that time.
- Any changes to ongoing orders will incur corresponding charges for the customer (this includes production and handling costs).
- Any damages during transport are not the responsibility of Press Play Vinyl. All shipments made by Press Play Vinyl are covered by basic courier insurance (according to LOTT).
- If Press Play Vinyl is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, pandemics, armed conflicts, natural disasters, increased order volumes, violations, or other related issues, Press Play Vinyl will be released from its obligation to perform.
- We strive to provide the best production timelines; however, these are estimates and may vary for various reasons, so we are not responsible for any potential delays. In addition, Press Play Vinyl will not be held responsible for any deadlines related to events, releases, or agreements the customer has made with third parties.
- The manufacturing process of the records involves a margin of error in weight of +/-10%.
- Final quantities may vary by up to 5% of the requested amount. If fewer copies are produced, the customer will be refunded the difference; any extra copies will be charged.
- Press Play Vinyl is not responsible for sound issues that may arise and were not previously detected by the customer, so we recommend always doing a Test Pressing.
- Any claim will be valid within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order by the customer.
- Although our PVC has a very high quality, the sound of colored vinyl records can suffer higher levels of noise floor and/or clicks, and lower flatness (especially in Fluor, Gold, Silver and Glow in The Dark colors, and in Marbled and Splatter effects). Variations in the color tone may also occur compared to the one shown in the range.
